Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, pole shorts with the liner removed cannot be returned.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Due to the nature of grip products and hygiene considerations, all grip product sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If there is an issue with your grip order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must still be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
